The HORSE POWER PROJECT is major fund raising campaign 
to build an all-weather riding arena with adjacent stalls for 
the STAR organization (see drawing below). 

This state-of-the-art facility will allow 
free year-around riding for our youth members. 

We also plan to initiate a social enterprise that provides additional lessons 
and horse boarding to the general public at a competitive fee.
